Using locally sourced Australian fresh produce, our deliciously, healthy meals are pressure-cooked in the pouch ensuring maximum nutrition, aroma and flavour are sealed in. The benefits of pressure-cooked meals in the pouch include: 12 - 18 month shelf life - just store in the pantry, (or suitcase or glovebox), they are ideal for people on the go - work, school, and travel, and food tastes fresher, looks fresher and retains its nutritional value much better than frozen or fresh ready to eat meals.
We deliver everywhere in Australia and major cities in New Zealand. Your order will normally be despatched the next working day. We use a number of external couriers depending on where we are delivering to. Most deliveries are 99% on time. Sometimes delivery may be late due to severe weather events or other unique events (ie: Covid). We do not offer a refund for late deliveries.
Once you place your order you will receive an email advising your order has been despatched, and you will receive another tracking email from our external couriers, to let you know where your order is in transit.
We pack our orders in recycled cartons - there is no Diabetes branding.
You do not have to be home for delivery. This is contactless delivery. Our couriers simply leave them in a safe place at your door. If you're in an apartment with limited access and don't have a doorman to accept delivery you will receive a card in your mailbox to let you know where to pick up your order (usually the closest newsagent).
