Refund policy

Please review your order carefully before placing it as we do not provide change-of-mind refunds.

We provide refunds if the product you bought is:

  • Not of acceptable quality (this does not include products that do not fit in with your dietary or lifestyle requirements).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sometimes, due to circumstances outside our control, your delivery may be later than expected. This is not refundable. Your meals will be fine as they have a very long shelf life and do not need refrigeration so they will still arrive in perfect condition.

Should your order go missing, we will refund you. This process can take up to 14 working days depending on our couriers confirming non-delivery, and your bank.

Please note that due to Government Health Law we cannot exchange products.
